Our Services

North Ayrshire Citizens Advice Service provides a range of services free to the people of North Ayrshire.

We offer a core advice service and also various specialist services.

NACAS also help raise awareness, locally and nationally, of social policy issues. This work feeds into various campaigns to bring about changes to social policy.

Help and advice from North Ayrshire Citizens Advice Service

Our main aim is to give clients the information and advice they need to help resolve problems for themselves. But we also offer practical support where required - for example, help with filling in forms, writing letters or negotiating with third parties. Where appropriate we may also refer clients to other agencies for help.

We can arrange home visits for clients who cannot otherwise access our services. We also have caseworkers who specialise in money advice, employment and welfare benefits.
