North Ayrshire’s Premier Information and Advice Service
North Ayrshire Citizens Advice Service is pleased to announce that we have been accredited by the Scottish Government for the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
Our staff and volunteers work tirelessly to provide a premium service that is independent, impartial, confidential and free for our clients and the people of North Ayrshire. To ensure we continue to deliver these high standards, we are always reviewing our planning, accessibility and customer care, service provision, training and technical competence, so that our clients can continue to enjoy the high level of service we provide.
Our clients are at the centre of everything we do and our priority is to provide them with good value services, quality of service and a choice of ways to receive advice through a range of channels, be it in our bureaux, or by telephone, website or email.
In order to meet the needs of our clients, we provide a nationally recognised programme of training courses for our advisers and specialist case workers, covering a wide area of topics including welfare benefits, housing, employment and debt management. Our competency-based Adviser Training Programme helps set standards of advice-giving by supporting and developing our volunteers to become competent advisers and deliver advice to a higher standard.
Our clients trust us to help them make informed decisions to better manage their problems, and we remain committed to fulfilling that expectation.
For information and advice we’re your first choice!
No other advice service or support agency covers the wide range of work that we do, or has the geographical reach that we have. It is our ongoing commitment to our clients, volunteers and staff that has made NACAS a name that is respected and trusted in the community, and that is why we’re the number one choice in North Ayrshire for information and advice.
