About Advice Line
The NACAS Advice Line provides high quality advice and information to the residents of North Ayrshire on a wide range of issues. The service is staffed by experienced and highly trained Citizens Advice Bureau advisers who are ready to help with any problems or questions that you may have. Advice is free, independent and confidential.
We provide advice and information on a wide range of issues including:
- Welfare Benefits
- Consumer
- Debt
- Employment
- Family and relationships
- Housing
Once connected to the Advice Line you can speak to an adviser who will offer an initial assessment and talk through the options available based on your situation. The adviser can then direct you to an appropriate service for the particular help you need, or make a referral to a North Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau, where you will be offered an appointment with a specialist adviser - or arrangements will be made for an adviser to call you back.
No matter what the problem, no matter how big or how small, our expert advisers are on hand ready to take your call.
